Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all clients, please review our lesson booking policy below: Private Lesson Booking: Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the lesson details. Private Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the lesson fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Private Lesson Session Duration: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times. If you require more time, please discuss with us in advance. Group Classes: 1. Registration: All group lessons must be registered for through our online system. Registration is considered complete once full payment has been made, unless otherwise noted. 2. Payment: Full Payment Required at the time of registration to confirm your spot in the class. 3. Group Class Size and Minimum Enrolment Class Size: Each group lesson will have a min number of participants. The number of available spots will be listed. Minimum Enrolment: A class will only proceed if a minimum number of participants is met. If a class is canceled due to low enrolment, registered participants will be notified and given the option to transfer to another session. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate being late. Non-Attendance: If a participant does not show up for a class without prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling, no refund or credit will be provided. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept via PayNow to Singapore Jump Rope Academy UEN 200716767N. Accountability: We strive to accommodate all schedules; however, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the suspension of future lessons. Respect for Others: We ask all participants to be respectful of one another's time, space, and individual needs.
